  • If a student enrolls in a course and requests a refund within 7 days of enrollment.

  • If technical issues prevent access to online courses and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
  • If the purchased software or study materials are found to be defective.

Refund requests made after 7 days from the date of enrollment or purchase will not be entertained unless there are exceptional circumstances.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items and services are non-refundable, including:

  • Registration fees for any course.
  • Exam fees and certification charges.
  • Digital materials (e-books, PDFs, video lectures) once accessed or downloaded.
  • Customized training sessions or workshops.
  • Any software or license keys once issued.

3. Course Cancellation & Refund Process

If you wish to cancel your course enrollment and request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Send a written request to our support team at support@sncec.in with your name, course details, and reason for the refund request.
  2. Our team will review the request and respond within 5-7 business days.
  3. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10-15 business days via the original payment method.

4. Refund for Hardware & Study Materials

For hardware (such as laptops, accessories) or physical study materials:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • A return request must be initiated within 7 days of purchase.
  • The buyer must bear the return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
  • Refunds for physical materials will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after approval:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing time may vary.

6. Course Transfers & Adjustments

Instead of refunds, we may allow students to:

  • Transfer their enrollment to another course of equal or lesser value.
  • Postpone their course start date without additional charges.
  • Receive a partial credit for future enrollments.
