Refund and Returns Policy

Shree Narayan Computers & Education Center, we strive to provide quality education and services. However, we understand that there may be instances where refunds or returns are necessary. Please read our policy carefully before making any payments.

1. Course Fees Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: If a student withdraws from a course within 3 days of enrollment, a full refund will be issued, deducting applicable processing fees.
  • Partial Refund: If a student withdraws within 7 days, 50% of the course fee will be refunded.
  • No Refund: No refunds will be provided after 7 days of enrollment.
  • Course Cancellation by the Center: If the course is canceled by us, a full refund will be provided to all enrolled students.

2. Digital Services & Software Purchases

  • Non-Refundable: Digital products, software, and online services purchased through us are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
  • Service Issues: If there is a technical issue, we will assist in resolving the issue, but refunds will not be provided.

3. Certification & Exam Fees

  • Fees paid for certification exams, assessment tests, or government-related services are non-refundable once the registration process is completed.

4. Training Material & Books

  • Return Policy: Physical books and training materials can be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in original condition.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If materials are received in a damaged condition, they can be replaced after verification.

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days from the date of approval.
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Processing fees may apply depending on the mode of payment.
